In 2007 Kel-Tec introduced the RFB (Rifle, Forward-ejection, Bullpup), a series of high-efficiency gas-operated, semi-automatic rifles. The series also employs a titling breech block locking mechanism and loads a 7.62×51 NATO cartridge. The RFC family consists of a series of Bullpup rifles with 18″, 24″, and 32″ barrel lengths, and also uses a tube placed over the barrel that ejects spent casings forward over the hand guard of the rifle.
